Moments Without Air

Cydney White was diagnosed with cerebral palsy when she was born with her umbilical cord wrapped around her neck. The few moments her brain went without air permanently affected her motor functions and have left her unable to care for herself. She now needs around-the-clock supervision to eat, drink and bathe.
